The idea for a healthy casual dining concept in Boulder, Colorado was born in 1977 when the Turley family opened a Good Earth franchise on the corner of 18th and Pearl. Shortly thereafter the family decided they could do a better job operating in a non-franchise format calling it “The Harvest Restaurant and Bakery.”
